Bond Counsel for $110,000,000 Series B Bond Issue for Erie County, Buffalo Bills Stadium Project

Hodgson Russ acted as bond counsel for a special "Series B" bond issue for Erie County ($110,000,000). The transaction will finance the County's remaining share of the cost of the new (2026) stadium under construction in Orchard Park. The cost of the stadium project is estimated at $1.7 billion, with the County's share of that amount being capped at $250 million.
