Julia Mikolajczak is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice. She represents businesses, institutions, and individuals in a wide array of civil litigation, with a focus on contract, employment, healthcare, and complex tort matters. She has experience in state and federal courts at both the trial court and appellate levels. Her current work includes defending companies against discrimination, retaliation, and product liability/toxic tort lawsuits, resolving high-stakes non-compete and intellectual property disputes, and defending against defamation claims.
