Shona Timchack is a paralegal in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice. She supports attorneys at all stages of the litigation process by managing case files, organizing complex records to ensure matters are handled efficiently and accurately, and assisting with drafting legal documents. Before joining Hodgson Russ as a paralegal, Shona worked at the firm for three years as a litigation secretary, supporting attorneys on a broad range of active litigation matters. She previously spent seven years at a boutique firm assisting with family law, real estate, criminal law, and estate planning matters.
